The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a 10 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to provide the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Health and Human Services, and all other federal agencies a streamlined ordering process to acquire a wide range of IT services and solutions. These IT services include but are not limited to health, health science, biomedical-related, and general IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.
